The financial services industry is changing. And, unlike other sectors, it is changing fast and has been for quite some time (decades). The shift has been dramatic.
Therefore and in the quest to achieve market leadership, financial institutions continue to focus on becoming holistically digital, customer-facing enterprises as they are making significant investments to enhance customer experience and engagement through the development of new digital products and capabilities.
This course sheds the light on the digital transformation practices, opportunities, and challenges in the financial institutions.

- Critically reflect on their professional role and contribution to financial organizations in the context of Digital Transformation (DT) in financial services (and related sectors).
