Mr. Mohammed Ismel is a prominent HR and Training Manager with 12+ years of experience in Kuwait, Bahrain and Egypt. Mohammed is a holder of the following professional certificates: 1- Professional in Human Resources International (PHRi), USA. 2- Certified Human Resources Analyst (CHRA) – GAFM, USA. 3- CIPD Level 5 HR Diploma – UK. Mohammed is currently studying MBA at a top UK University, UK. Mohammed has delivered multiple training courses on HR and management to many clients in Kuwait. In addition to his training experience, Mohammed is a prominent HR consultant who executed many HR projects to wide portfolio of clients in both Egypt and Kuwait.
Course Objectives
By the end of this certifications course you will be able to:
- Monitor activities for opportunities to make improvements, using metrics to measure success and providing and maintaining information related to the HR function.
- Implement the employment process beginning with finding potential employees through preparing for the arrival of a new hire.
- Promote HR policies and procedures and communicating with employees through individual approaches, such as exit interviews, and group approaches, such as a company web site or a rewards program.
- Provide information about compensation and benefits to employees and about policies associated with time off/leaves and with salaries.
- Develop and deliver basic training programs and collect information about training programs.
Promote a safe work environment, encouraging employee participation in health and wellness programs, and document events that relate to employee well-being.
Eligibility
To sit for the PHRi exam, the candidate should have one of the following qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Master’s degree or global equivalent.
OR
Minimum of 2 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent.
OR
Minimum of 4 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a less than a bachelor’s degree.

Exam Structure and Location
Computer-based Testing (CBT) 170 multiplechoice questions (145 scored, 25 pre-test) 3 hours and 15 minutes in length. Testing center is PEARSON VUE Centre, Kuwait city.
